Student Artist Program 2017

Art Scholarships Opportunity – Value up to $5,000 Each – Deadline: March 31, 2017

In the spring of 2017, two art scholarships will be awarded in April to Southern California students who are high school juniors or seniors and are planning further education in the arts.

The Art-A-Fair Foundation is a California non-profit corporation committed to arts education and is affiliated with the famous Laguna Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach. The Foundation sponsors qualified art students to share a booth at the summer-long art show.

In past summers, our scholarship students received the valuable services listed below and sold their artwork during the summer receiving 100% of their sales.

The scholarships offer the following values:

o Shared exhibit booth space at the 2017 Laguna Art-A-Fair Festival.

o Full value of the students’ art work sold during the 2017 Festival.

o For two-dimensional artists, full cost of framing, giclées, prints, etc.

o For three-dimensional artists, costs of materials for creating their 3-D artwork

o Gaining the commercial experience of selling their art.

o Mentoring from experienced and successful mature artists.

There are no application fees.
